They were wrong for what they said. But what you do next still matters to God. Before you send that message… watch this. 👀

Proverbs 19:11

This photo reportedly shows Mike Tyson at the age of 13, already looking like a grown fighter. Born in Brooklyn in 1966, Tyson had a troubled childhood and was sent to the Tryon School for Boys in upstate New York, where a counselor and former boxer named Bobby Stewart began teaching him to box.

Stewart later introduced him to legendary trainer Cus D’Amato, who took Tyson under his wing and became his guardian. Under D’Amato’s guidance, Tyson won Junior Olympic gold medals in 1981 and 1982.

In 1986, at just 20 years old, Tyson knocked out Trevor Berbick to become the youngest heavyweight champion in boxing history.

You don’t need the injection for the results. Your body already makes its own GLP-1, you just have to feed it, and it responds to protein, good fat and fiber eaten together. That’s exactly what this toast is built on. A whole can of sardines, greek yogurt, lemon and chili crisp on one thick slice of sourdough, and I’m not thinking about food again for hours.

I’d rather stick with the food that triggers it naturally. Plus a whole can of sardines is one of the best sources of iron there is, and the lemon helps it absorb, so it’s amazing for low iron girls like me. It takes 5 minutes and I make it most days of the week.

Recipe, for anyone who wants it 🤍

1 can sardines, drained
3 tbsp greek yogurt
1/4 medium red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp chili crisp
1/2 tsp black pepper
pinch of salt
zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
1 thick slice sourdough, toasted

Mash everything except the bread with a fork, pile it onto the toast.
