‼️Job Title: Attorney – Third Party Claims
‼️Location: Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape
‼️Salary: Market-related + incentives will apply

Job Duties:
💠Handle and manage third-party matters and claims
💠Run and manage the office in PE
💠Provide legal advice and support to clients in relation to third-party matters
💠Manage matters from initial instruction through to resolution
💠Draft and review relevant legal documentation
💠Liaise with clients, third parties, insurers and other relevant stakeholders
💠Conduct legal research and prepare matters as required
💠Ensure accurate and timely management of case files and documentation

Requirements:
💠LLB degree
💠Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
💠Experience in third-party claims/matters is essential
💠Strong knowledge of relevant legal procedures and legislation
💠Excellent written and verbal communication skills
💠Strong organisational and case-management abilities
💠Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters effectively
💠Based in or willing to relocate to Port Elizabeth
