Hello Bisleri Team, If a company like Bisleri cannot ensure the timely delivery of something as essential as drinking water, it seriously raises questions about the quality of its service. I placed an order for 5 water bottles dat before yesterday, and since then, neither your distributor nor the area sales manager has been able to provide a clear update regarding the delivery. Customers pay for your products and expect reliable service. We are not asking for free water bottles; we are simply expecting the water we have paid for to be delivered on time. It is extremely disappointing that even after placing an order, we are left without the product and without any proper communication from your team. Can someone from Bisleri please provide an immediate update on the delivery status of my 5 water bottles? YOUR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! Is this how you treat customers who trust your brand and pay for your service? I have been waiting for my water delivery for TWO DAYS, and despite paying the delivery charges and all applicable fees, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. It is already 7:30 PM, and I am sitting at home without drinking water while your team continues to make empty promises. Let me explain your ridiculous delivery process. First, your delivery executive doesn't deliver the order within the promised time. Then, when I try calling them, they don't pick up. The contact number shared by your team is often incorrect or doesn't work, so I have to call your customer support or a manager just to get the correct number. And guess what? EVEN THAT NUMBER DOESN'T WORK! Then comes your customer support team, repeating the same useless line: "We have escalated the matter." Escalated to whom? For what purpose? Because NOTHING CHANGES! Your delivery agent remains unreachable, nobody takes responsibility, and I am simply told to keep waiting. A CUSTOMER HAS TO MAKE 5–10 FOLLOW-UP CALLS JUST TO RECEIVE WATER THEY HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR! How is this remotely acceptable? I live in East Delhi, and I trusted Bisleri to provide safe drinking water. I am fasting, and it is already 7:30 PM, yet I am still waiting for my delivery. Your delivery agent has the audacity to say, "We cannot promise anything. You have to wait." Excuse me? Then why do you promise a delivery date and time in the first place? What is the point of investing in a fancy app, charging delivery fees, and advertising your services if you cannot even fulfil a basic commitment? WATER IS AN ESSENTIAL NECESSITY, NOT A LUXURY! Customers should not have to beg, chase executives, and make endless calls for an order they have already paid for. Bisleri, stop giving customers scripted responses about escalations and start fixing your broken delivery system. Ensure that your delivery executives answer their phones, provide valid contact numbers, and deliver orders on time. Most importantly, make someone accountable when your team repeatedly fails.
