That was the spirit of our Management Retreat 2026.

Our recent growth has brought many new leaders into the Infinity FA family, and many were meeting for the first time. To accelerate as a firm, we first need a team that knows and trusts one another.

So we played. Games that mixed up teams and nudged us out of our comfort zones. Challenges that only worked when everyone leaned in. Strangers became teammates in minutes, cheering each other on amid laughter, friendly rivalry, and a little happy chaos.

The pace was fast. The connections formed even faster.

Of course, no gathering is complete without a good meal. Some of the best conversations of the day happened around the table, where the laughter carried on long after the plates were cleared.

By the end, the room felt different. Familiar faces. Easy conversations. A shared sense of where we’re headed.

That’s the culture we’re committed to. No walls, no hierarchies, no barriers. Just open doors and people who genuinely enjoy working together.

It matters beyond the retreat. When our leaders trust each other, knowledge flows freely across teams. Advisors get support from the whole organisation, and that shows up in the guidance they give every client.
