If you see these things at a golf course, just know that you're paying north of $200 to get out that day. Realistically though, you're probably in for a treat. These are all signs of a good course (in most cases).
Besides the bin full of tees and ball markers that you'll grab a massive handful of, (like you don't have a bag of 750 tees at home from last year's Christmas and gross collection of poker chip ball markers), what are other signs of a good golf course?

My course has ball washers on each tee box and a porta potty behind the 7th green

Clubhouse attendant cleaning your shoes before you step foot on a tee box. There's a real reason and it's not aesthetics.

Beats me, I can’t afford courses that top dress the fairways. Dethatched range tee box would be nice.
