أطلقت جمعية أثر للتنمية الشبابية نتائج ورقة السياسات «تعزيز التشريعات البيئية للحد من التلوث الناتج عن القطاعين الصناعي والتجاري في مدينة الرصيفة»، بحضور نوعي من صنّاع القرار والجهات المعنية والناشطين والمهتمين بالشأن البيئي. وقد طُورت الورقة ضمن مشروع الأثر الأخضر بالتعاون مع Pro Peace وبمشاركة شباب من المجتمع المحلي في الرصيفة.
وتبع إطلاق النتائج جلسة حوارية ناقشت أبرز التحديات والتوصيات الواردة في الورقة وسبل تعزيز العمل البيئي المحلي، إلى جانب عرض فيديو «عشب أصفر» الذي تناول التحولات التي شهدتها مدينة الرصيفة من خلال مقارنة واقعها البيئي والاجتماعي
بين الماضي والحاضر.
‏Athar Launches Policy Paper Findings on the Environmental Reality in Russeifa
‏Athar for Youth Development launched the findings of its policy paper, “Strengthening Environmental Legislation to Reduce Pollution Resulting from the Industrial and Commercial Sectors in Russeifa City,” in the presence of decision-makers, relevant stakeholders, activists, and environmental advocates. The paper was developed under the Green Athar Project, in cooperation with Pro Peace and with the active participation of local youth in Russeifa.
‏The launch was followed by an interactive dialogue session discussing the paper’s key challenges and recommendations, as well as a screening of “Yellow Grass,” a video reflecting on Russeifa’s transformation by comparing the city’s environmental and social landscape in the past and present.
