Some people remind you that there are still a lot of good folks left in this world.
This week we had the pleasure of working for two absolutely amazing customers, Jenny and Amy.
Jenny was about as cool, laid-back, and easygoing as a customer could possibly be. And Amy? She made sure we were fed every single day we were there!
You know, years ago, it wasn’t uncommon for homeowners to offer you lunch, bring you something to drink, or just come outside and visit for a while. It was one of those little things that made a long, hard day of work feel a whole lot shorter.
Somewhere along the way, that kind of hospitality became pretty rare.
And don’t get me wrong, we don’t expect a single thing from anybody other than the opportunity to do our job. But when somebody goes out of their way to make you feel appreciated, it means more than they probably realize.
So here’s a big shoutout to Jenny and Amy. Thank you both for reminding us what good old-fashioned hospitality looks like.
Sometimes it’s not the job you remember. It’s the people you meet along the way.
And I can’t forget about Phill, Amy’s husband! He went out of his way to tell us how much he appreciated our work and complimented us more times than I can count. That kind of genuine appreciation means the world to guys who take pride in what they do. Thank you, Phill, for making us feel like our hard work truly mattered!❤️
