Thank you to our attendees of our first AMBER NIGHTS of this Autumn, hosted at Galleri Jaktpaviljongen in relation to Agnes Yeo’s (@agnesyeoart ) exhibition ’Hal-Muh-Ni (Pogo-Sheep-Uh-Suhyo)’ at Galleri Jaktpaviljongen in Folkets Park, Malmö. 🌕

This season we are hosting three intimate events focusing on community and a variation of questions regarding the Scandinavian-asian diaspora, collecting creative input for our upcoming production ‘AMBER EONS’ premiering in 2027. More production info will come in the new year.

During the evening we were introduced to Agnes exhibition followed by a presentation from the artist and sharing round with generous reflections from the participants.
Our second part focused on the theme of ‘Swedish-Asian belonging’ collectively documented through drawings and noted words.

The evening culminated with an introduction to the ‘Queerasian Manifesto’, a living document currently consisting of 13 texts which will expand over time.
