Comment MORE and I’ll send you 3 days FREE to come train with me 💪 Ya’ll I’ll be preaching this forever: The goal isn’t to consciously cue your pelvic floor during every rep. Yes, we need to learn how to connect to it first. That’s why my programming includes pelvic floor warm-ups, breathing drills, and connection work to improve that brain-to-body connection. But that’s practice…not the end goal. When you get into your lifts and everyday movement, I want you thinking about your breath, not constantly squeezing your pelvic floor. As your diaphragm and pelvic floor learn to work together, your pelvic floor naturally responds with your breath. We train the system so movement becomes more automatic, not more complicated. If you’re ready to understand how your breath, core, and pelvic floor work together, come join me inside my MLAM Membership - access to EVERY program + challenge I’ve ever created! 🔥Comment MORE and I’ll send you 3 days FREE!🔥 #postpartum #pelvicfloor #motherhood #pregnant #deepcore
Ok talk to me in the comments… I mean you just don’t know what’s going to happen next…: between computer hacks? Hackers making fridges go warm? Your man and the Middle East?? Are we stocking up? I’m buying a radio tonight. @rteradio1 is where things would be transmitted if anything happens! My WhatsApp is alight as I mentioned it to friends… someone sent me a DM the other day about how stressful it all is. And I agree. But should be be prepared? If you had told me pre Covid we would all be lining up to get into the shop & couldn’t leave our house I wouldn’t have believed you!!! so tell me… have you stockpiled anything?? (And if yes, what???)
