Zac and I made the coolest costume for him! It was intense and complicated but so worth it! Mortal Kombat - Scorpion, SubZero, Reptile, Smoke, Ermac, Rain, Noob Saibot - all in one!

Before I close this birthday chapter, thank you for all the love, wishes and blessings. ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿค Iโ€™ve spent the last few days celebrating another year of life, but somewhere between all the celebrations, I realised something. We spend so much of our lives wanting to be loved, understood, chosen and celebrated by others that sometimes we forget the one person whoโ€™s been with us through absolutely everything. Ourselves. Iโ€™ve been so many versions of me. Some I loved, some I struggled to understand, some Iโ€™m still learning to forgive. But every single one of them brought me here. Somewhere between wanting to be independent and never wanting to leave my people behind, between making mistakes and making memories, between building a life and learning to live itโ€ฆ I became someone my younger self would be proud of. And if thereโ€™s one thing I want to tell you, itโ€™s this: No matter who stays, who leaves, what works out or what doesnโ€™t, please donโ€™t ever leave your own side. Be the person you can come home to. Celebrate your little wins. Forgive yourself for your mistakes. Make yourself happy, even on the days when nobody else knows how to. Love people with your whole heart, but save some of that love for yourself too. Iโ€™m still building, still dreaming, still figuring things out. And for once, Iโ€™m not in a hurry to become someone else. Thank you for being a part of my journey and for making this birthday so special. Hereโ€™s to growing older without leaving the little us behind. ๐Ÿค . Ps. i will post the vlog super soon on my youtube โ™ฅ๏ธtrust me you will love every bit of it !! #TheNewEra #sameekshatakke #birthdayweek #november
A 28-year-old woman is dead after being stabbed multiple times in the neck while jogging along a Brooklyn waterfront path. Katie Suarez was attacked Friday evening as she ran to meet her parents. Her father later found her critically injured, and she died Monday after spending three days on life support. Police believe the attack was random and unprovoked. No arrests have been made. The stabbing is one of two recent unprovoked attacks on women in major New York City public spaces, putting Gov. Kathy Hochul and Mayor Zohran Mamdani under pressure over public safety.
