Pasta class- in Turin, at home with Benedetta, her mother and daughter, part of the Cesarine company (based in Milan).- Home cooks/chefs teaching their skills. Ravioli and linguini, also made tiramisu.
Excellent class, thank you! This is a long video- it takes time in Italy, no hurry.
Pasta-
For 1 person
100 g fine semolina flour
1 egg
1 tsp olive oil
-take it to 6 for ravioli & lasagne
-5 for linguine

Oh how special. I also love the idea of a handmade pasta recipe for one person. Only in Italy one would do that. I think….
