A huge shoutout to my Dad, @gary.wallis58 for smashing his first half marathon today! 🏃‍♂️🥇

From Couch to 5K a few years ago to conquering 21km at Hampton Court, aged 68… pretty bloody impressive!

Hopefully the signs gave you a little boost along the way… “Just keep swimming” 🐠😂
