100% correct reaction. 1) Confirm the situation. (Correct man, is cheating) 2) Give the accurate information (he’s a broke ass bitch) 3) Inform her that you will be having nothing to do with him from hereon out because that is the CORRECT CHOICE. 4) Continue with the onboarding because you are at work and on the clock so while you can be glad for the information it’s not work relevant. 5) End the call on a professional note and send directly to HR with a solution plan of “I won’t be able to train her most likely so you can pass to another person or choose another candidate.”
