Two years ago I had woken up and looked at myself in the mirror and was unable to recognize myself anymore. it was only two years ago when I had just moved back home and decided to “restart” my life after the darkest and lowest point in my life. To be so real the original goal was to grow some glutes again; little did I know at the time that stepping foot in a gym would bring me a new sense of self respect, discipline & for the first time in my life a well rounded healthy routine. It hasn’t just changed my body, it also changed the type of person I wanted to become. To changing the types of people I surround myself with, a new passion for bodybuilding, mental clarity and a whole new understanding of self confidence. It’s crazy to think that the gym unknowingly would be the source of confidence I needed to start living life again, growing and thriving in my career and just bringing me a feeling of peace that I never thought I could reach. Happy “gymaversary” to myself & I’m so incredibly proud of the person I’m becoming.
thank you to all of the wonderful people in my life who are so ever supporting.🤍
tldr: two years in the making 🤍
