It’s trick OR treat. Remember

At least steroids can potentially allow you to do something you couldn't do naturally. Easy leanness? Solved problem in 2026. The fact that @gregogallagher never in over a decade thought to experiment with fasting beyond skipping breakfast proves that he really did just copy @martinberkhan
'S homework and throw in some fitness black book, no original thought.

Not having to worry about hitting your steps, your calories every day? Complete flexibility to eat out, travel etc? It was all right there, all you had to do in 15 years was think "could we extend this out."

His loss our gain. If you want to see a strategy that actually evolved in 15 years check out The Antifragile Diet. Whether you're like me and you want to push the envelope of what's level of leanness is easily sustainable naturally or you're somebody who had given up on getting lean because conventional methods (including intermittent fasting) were too hard, this makes it way easier. Try it and you'll see that the only advantage to GLP-1s is that you can put them in a bottle and sell them for massive profit.
