5 years ago, I was DOING the work. Today, I get paid to MANAGE the work. 💰
Same industry. Different position. Different BAG!
I went from physically working on these projects to building the knowledge, teams, and systems that allow me to oversee million-dollar jobs.
But here's what people miss… I had to learn the WORK before I could learn how to LEAD.
Every skill I learned, every mistake I made, and every problem I solved prepared me for the position I'm in today.

Don't rush the process trying to skip to the paycheck. Master the skill, understand the business, build your systems, and learn how to SCALE.
The goal isn't to work harder forever. It's to build something that can eventually operate without you doing everything yourself.
