I tore down the stair bannister because I’m a mom of 3 boys and this is the playroom. If you’re a boy mom you don’t need anymore explanation.

The vision is a Ralph Lauren inspired movie/playroom/homework room that will grow with them and serve as a cozy hangout location for our whole family.

Our house was built in the 2000s so we started with cream yellow walls. The previous owner went hard with the millennial gray area and installed gray carpet that we had ripped out.

I’m going to share every detail of this room including the future window seat build and all the design decisions I made. Stick around to find out!
