πŸ’ͺ 3,000 PUSH-UPS IN NOVEMBER! I've seen this challenge going around quite a lot lately, so I've decided to give it a go myself! 3,000 push-ups in 30 days! That's 100 every single day. πŸ˜³πŸ˜‚ But I wanted to put my own little spin on it and do it for more than just fitness. November is also Movember, a time to raise awareness around men's mental health, so I thought I'd use my platform to help spread a positive message. I'm no mental health expert or mentor, and thankfully, it's not something I personally struggle with. But I do think it's important that men feel comfortable talking when things aren't going so well. As a dad to three boys, I'd hate to think that as they get older, they'd ever feel they had to bottle things up or struggle in silence rather than speak to someone. If you're feeling a bit down, reach out to a mate, family member or someone you trust. Sometimes a simple conversation can make a massive difference. I'm not asking for donations or trying to raise money. I just want to encourage more men to look after themselves, both physically and mentally. I'll be recording my progress throughout November, and hopefully some of you will join me! Now let's see if my arms survive the next 30 days! πŸ˜‚πŸ’ͺ
