Wild day at the beach for full moon yoga!! The wind was whipping, the beach was at a huge incline because the king tide washed it away, and we narrowly escaped high tide. Yoga was really challenging with the wind but a great time overall!

If you’re looking to switch up your hip thrust game, try this pyramid set next glute day! 🍑🔥 Inspired by the one and only @bretcontreras1 , the best coach and mentor I could ever ask for!! 🥹❤ 4 sets total: 1️⃣ 15 reps - start with a lighter weight. 2️⃣ 10 reps - add weight and make these more challenging. 3️⃣ 5 reps - increase to your heaviest weight for 5 controlled reps. 4️⃣ 20 reps - drop the weight back down and finish with a high-rep burnout. But the goal isn’t to just do it once. It’s meant to be done progressively - 4 weeks in a row (once per week), keeping the loads (weights) the same and striving to beat your total reps each session. 🫠 So I got 50 total reps today. Next week, I hope to get 1-3 more reps on each set. Same goes for the 3rd and 4th weeks. I aim to finish this month off by completing 65 total reps. This is a great way to make sure you’re progressively overloading your glutes and challenging them to get stronger and grow over time! 💪🏽 Stay tuned!! I’ll share the results with you guys at the end of the month! Save this for your next glute day and thank me later. 😉
