There's something so satisfying about making bread from scratch, especially that first slice while it's still warm. And with the Wolstead stand mixer from @kitchenwarehouse doing the hard work of kneading, it's a lot less intimidating than it looks! No fancy bread machine needed, just a few simple ingredients, a little patience and a kitchen that smells AMAZING! 🥖✨

SEE THE RECIPE FROM @heyitsmissie_ ⬇️

INGREDIENTS:

🍞 500g bread flour
🌿 7g sachet of yeast
💧 1⅓ cups lukewarm water
🧂 1 tsp salt
🍬 2 tsp sugar

METHOD:

1️⃣ Mix your yeast in a small amount of water to bloom. Then add remaining water.
2️⃣ Mix dry ingredients, then make a well and pour in water.
3️⃣ Combine mixture and knead either by hand or stand mixer with dough hook until a smooth, soft and elastic ball.
4️⃣ Lightly grease (She use olive oil spray) a bowl, and put your dough ball in it to rise. Cover with a tea towel for 45 to 60 mins.
5️⃣ Knead dough again for a few minutes, and shape into a loaf.
6️⃣ Place in lightly greased loaf pan for a further 25 minute rise. Preheat oven to 200C
7️⃣ After second rise: score your loaf and place in preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Save to try!
