The mental problem is they’re being raised by their mothers! Most Jamaican boy are not being raised in a two parent household with a father’s involvement!

I agree the weed also causes dementia and psychosis so even if we did marijuana reform In Jamaica , that’s where it should start. But imagine telling Jamaicans that marijuana leads to dementia and other mental health issues
