My friends, we did it. Against all odds. In a district that was gerrymandered against us. Despite losing the fundraising battle. When no one thought it was possible. You all—the people—made it possible. And I’m so grateful. There’s a long road ahead of us, filled with many more battles, and moments in which we might feel overmatched. Nevertheless, I am encouraged knowing that we have what it takes to do the unthinkable. I’m looking forward to representing North Carolina’s 6th Congressional District in Washington D.C. After seeing last night’s results from elections all over our country, it’s clear that the American people were sending a message. Together, we can make a government that produces better results. Together, we can build a more perfect union. Love y’all.

Odprt, svetel, dovolj velik in topel. Danes cisto najin.

❤️✨ After Durga Puja, Diwali is one festival I genuinely love and eagerly wait for every year. But perhaps this year had a different plan for me. Life may not have unfolded the way I imagined, but that doesn’t mean I stop celebrating *the little joys of life* ✨✨ So, keeping the festive spirit alive, holding on to the warmth, finding reasons to smile and soaking in every bit of the magic. May our homes be filled with light, our hearts with love, and everyone’s lives with a little more happiness and positivity. Here’s to choosing light, even when life feels a little less bright. 🪔❤️ . . .
