A recent trip to Mexico City to see @rosalia.vt ‘s Lux Tour w my sistren @nattdunn inspired me to record a new Spanish version of Too Little Too Late (Acepto La Realidad) 🤷‍♀️ I was beyonnnnnddd inspired! And influenced! Shiiiiiiet. So now it’s a bonus on the new 20th anniversary vinyl of The High Road 😊 .. as always, all my respect and love (but feel free to drag my pronunciation to hell 😂) 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
They asked, how are you going after 39 failed Companies 600,000 in debt, divorced, three kids, can’t afford $800 month apartment? How do you keep going? Well, there is no options. I’m not a quitter. I like to win, and you learn from all your experiences, so you just keep pushing along. That’s the story of my life. That’s life. Life is about challenges. It’s about defeat. It’s about getting back up from the mud and doing it better the next time. I enjoy it. I live for it and prepare yourself because that’s the story of life. We hit the good times, we hit the bad times, we hit the rough times. Sun comes out, snow comes, rain comes, earthquakes come, thunderstorms come, hurricanes come. Just gotta be prepared. It makes a fruitful life. You never know what to expect. Talk to text. I believe in you. You can do it!
