A few frames from the conversation that followed the Moscow screening of Less than we want to take at the Mental Health Film Festival.

The screening was followed by a discussion with psychiatrist and psychotherapist Alexander Kursakov about bipolar disorder, lived experience and the ways cinema can help us talk more openly and carefully about mental health.

Very grateful to @mental.fest, @dkrassvet.space, Alexander Kursakov and everyone who came to watch and take part in the conversation. Спасибо большое!
