✨ I ONLY CARRY IMPORTANT THINGS IN LIFE… ✨ Life is too short to carry unnecessary baggage. Your mental health, happiness and wellbeing are far too precious to fill your mind with negativity, stress, resentment or things that no longer serve you. Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is LET GO. Let go of the negative energy, the overthinking, the expectations, the guilt and anything that takes away your peace. Make room for positivity, happiness, love and all the little things that make life beautiful. ❤️ Start choosing YOU. 💕 Get that perfume you’ve been longing for. 🐶 Cuddle your pet a little longer. ☕ Treat yourself to that coffee. 👜 Buy yourself something you’ve had your eye on. ❤️ Share love, give compliments and surround yourself with people who lift you up. ✨ Speak kindly to yourself. Fill your mind with positive thoughts. 🌸 Take time for yourself, slow down and enjoy the moment. You don’t always need a big reason to treat yourself or make yourself happy. Sometimes the little things are the BIG things. Protect your peace. Be kinder to yourself. Stop feeling guilty for putting your wellbeing first. Remember, you deserve the same love, kindness and care that you so freely give to everyone else. Carry love, not resentment. Carry happiness, not negativity. Carry gratitude, not guilt. And most importantly, carry things that make your heart happy. Life is about making memories, finding joy in the little things and enjoying the journey. Less baggage. More happiness. More love. More YOU. ✨❤️ #ProtectYourPeace #MentalWellbeing #SelfLove #PositiveMindset #ChooseHappiness LittleThingsInLife SelfCare GoodEnergy
Today they force us to sell Halal; tomorrow we’ll be forced to wear burkas and accept Islam. I say no.
