Most fears feel much bigger in your head than they ever are in real life. 🐺🧠 ⠀ Fear makes everything look bigger than it really is. The conversation you keep avoiding, the move you’re scared to make, the dream you’ve put off for years. The longer you wait, the scarier they get, until you start building your whole life around avoiding them. ⠀ Then one day you finally face it, and it’s nothing like you imagined. Sometimes it isn’t scary at all. Sometimes it ends up being the most freeing moment of your life. ⠀ Courage doesn’t mean you stop feeling afraid. It means you stop letting fear make your decisions. ⠀ So take an honest look at what you’ve been running from. More often than not, it’s the very door that leads to the life you’ve been dreaming about. ⠀ Face what scares you, because on the other side of it is a version of you that you haven’t met yet. ⠀ Follow @Wealth to learn valuable advice every time you open Instagram. ⭐ Movie: Fantastic Mr. Fox ⠀ #Wealth #Courage #Fear #Growth #LifeLessons
Not all Starseeds came to Earth at the same time, for the same reason, or with the same mission. 👀👽 And guys, this explains SO much. 😂 Some of you are the OGs. You’ve been here since Atlantis and Lemuria, carrying lifetime after lifetime of karma and trauma, wondering why your human experience has been so fucking hard. Some of you are the drifters. You came here knowing exactly what Earth was, but you’ve spent this lifetime trying not to get TOO attached, TOO involved, or TOO human. And ironically? That might be exactly what’s keeping you stuck. 🫠 Then there’s the third group. The brand new Starseeds. And what I have to say about them is probably the most important part of this entire message. 👀 If you’ve ever wondered WHY you came here, why your life has unfolded the way it has, or what you’re actually supposed to be doing on this planet, you need to hear this one. Comment YOUTUBE and I’ll send you my full livestream. 👽✨ #elizabethapril #spiritualawakening #starseed #atlantis #lemuria
The kutest sisters. 🥹 Kendall Jenner turns 31 today and little sister Kylie took to her IG to celebrate with the sweetest throwback photos. "i am who I am because of who you've been to me," Kylie wrote. "a part of me will always be your little sister here to hold your hand." (📸: Kylie Jenner)
The bigger your biceps, the better your erections. My colleagues at Baylor and I published a paper on this in a peer-reviewed journal, and it shows a relationship. Message me and I’ll send it to you. Why open with that line? To get your attention. Biology gives you factors you can control, and behavior gives you the rest. For aging muscle there are two solutions: build muscle mass and improve muscle quality. Quality is the fat that infiltrates the tissue. Good muscle looks like a filet, and fat-marbled muscle looks like wagyu. Mass without quality is insignificant. The concept I care about now is musclespan. The greater your strength reserve, the greater your metabolic health and your functional independence. Next year at Biohack Austin, I expect you to show up jacked.
