Thanksgiving Dinner. All the vegetables I grew apart from the beetroot that was gifted by another gardener. Three varieties of potato, roasted and boiled including a purple type plus one called Red Apple. Yellow and green beans, parsnips, butternut squash done with butter and maple syrup. Finally my sister in laws Broccoli Casserole. The leg of lamb was studded with garlic slices, which I also grew, plus rosemary and tarragon. A lot of prep but delicious. Happy Thanksgiving. 🇨🇦
