If there’s anything I’ve learned from my time here on Pachamama (Mother Earth), it’s that every human being and experience is sacred.

The good, the bad, the beautiful, the ugly.
And everything in between.
I’m grateful for the beating heart in my chest.
I’m grateful for the beating heart in my womb.
I’m grateful for the love that surrounds me.
For my daughter, my growing baby, & my beloved partner.
For my parents, my sisters, my friends, my chosen family.
I’m grateful for my community and all those who see me and my heart for who I truly am.

I know that the road to justice and liberation for all isn’t going to be a cake walk, but I know that I was born to fight the good fight of our ancestors.

No matter what comes my way, I’ve learned that my soul and spirit is like the element of air 🌬️ a force of nature that is unconfined and unbreakable.

Nothing can break me.
No one can stop me.
Nothing can trap me except for the shackles
I place on my own mind, body, and temple.
And that in itself is the beauty of evolution, healing,
self love, acceptance, and INNER REVOLUTION.

My mission and dharma will always be to help others get free, and to remind you of your power, time and time again.
