THE DEAL: From Perth to Dubai. And everything in between.

I said no to @ryansmithwhitefox three times when he first approached me about launching WHITEFOX in Perth.

Fast forward, and we’re now opening our THIRD office in WA, and Ryan is becoming a shareholder and business partner in @whitefox.dubai alongside myself and Mark Shawyer.

What Ryan has achieved is extraordinary. His ability to recruit, lead, inspire and build high-performing sales teams is something I admire enormously. But it’s his hunger, loyalty and relentless belief in what we’re building that sets him apart.

And this is what excites me most about WHITEFOX.

We’re not building a business where your opportunities are limited by your postcode, your job title or someone else’s ambition.

We’re building a business that can genuinely open up the world to its people.

From selling homes in Perth to owning a piece of a business in Dubai. That’s not a bad trajectory.

But none of it happens without getting after it.

Ryan, you’ve earned every bit of this. Proud to call you a business partner, even prouder to call you a mate.

And to everyone watching what we’re building at WHITEFOX, understand one thing.

The ceiling is only as high as your ambition.
