Sharpening up for @tormek_culinary at @divertimenti 🔪
We brought together food creators and journalists at Divertimenti’s cookery school for a hands-on knife skills class with the Tormek T-1, hosted by the brilliant @cookwithjopratt.
Guests sharpened, sliced and plated up some delicious dishes along the way.
