My other fave @groovyq came through @thenovodtla and gave us hits from Blank Face to Blue Lips. Q got barz y’all like verses on verses. Introspective and forward thinking. He never claimed to be a saint and neither do I. The language and stories might be harsh but that the reality of his journey and relatable to someone like me who wasn’t gang banging or selling drugs but just like Ice Cube learned me early on, Q gave an update on those same streets while I was in SanJo. Before you judge, you see the growth on that man?! 💪🏾that’s why I’m still here 10 years later. Last time in the Bay. This time L.A. all day. TDE 😎#family #proBlack #blankface #eddiekane #groovytony
