AbhiBus has misleading ads for "Abhi Assured" buses, but hides a 6-hour rescheduling condition in tiny print. When you try to call support, nobody answers. They didn't consider a partial refund for my ₹1400 and just deducted everything to zero. False advertising and pathetic service at its peak.

Please find below the details that I have booked ticket today At 4:00 PM but the ticket automatically rescheduled without any information. While talked with the travel agent he doest not have any idea how to speak, talked in drunken language. I have to pick the another bus due to emergency that I have to reach Delhi. We had booked two tickets from Almora to Rishikesh for 16 th October through Abhi bus. The boarding point was almora bus stand. When we contacted the Abhibus, they told us to take a share taxi from almora to haldwani and the cost will be reimbursed in the bus after boarding from haldwani. So we took a share taxi from almora to haldwani and paid 1000 rupees for two pax. After boarding, when I asked for the reimbursement, the driver and conductor refused to pay. It is really cheating. Very bad experience. Don't trust this fraud bus booking agency and bus operators. One more thing, in the message from Lat bus service, they mentioned that the bus is brand new and only one year old. But in the bus there is no bottle holder for any seats. All bottle holders are missing. And the backside of seats are too dirty.
