13 years in this sport. And I finally get to hold this. 🏆
I’m so used to looking at photos of myself and finding something that needs improving.

Looking at these, I want to give myself a moment before I start doing that again.

I remember how badly I wanted to be in this position. The shows I left disappointed. Going home, questioning myself, then deciding to try again without knowing how it would end.

Yesterday, I finally earned my IFBB Pro card.

And today, I want to let myself be happy about it.

Celebrate with my wife. Read your messages. Thank the people who believed in me through the preparations that didn’t end like this.

I’m still figuring out what comes next. There are questions I was asking myself before this show that I don’t have all the answers to yet.

But I don’t need to figure everything out today.

Today, I’m proud of myself. And grateful I get to share this moment with my wife @paulina.smag 🥂

Honestly, I think this is the happiest I've looked all year! I sat in the sand, collected rose petals and watched the sunset—sounds like a cheesy rom-com but with more sandy knees and less dramatic music 😅🌹☀️. My hair is basically living its best salty-wavy life, and I totally got caught talking to a crab for like, five minutes (he wasn’t really listening…but whatever 😂🦀). Sometimes you gotta create your own movie moments, even if you end up dusting rose petals out of your swimsuit for days!

Would you rather collect seashells or rose petals? (I vote rose petals – less chance of stepping on a crab 😂)
