If I could tell young Nae four things, it would be:

1. Every scar tells a story, and each one is proof that you can make it through hard things. You’re stronger than you know.

2. You are beautiful inside and out. You’re a little weird, but that’s what makes you, YOU! Never change that. The right people will love you, quirks and all. 💕

3. Cherish every moment with the people you love. Time is precious, tomorrow isn’t promised, and the memories you make will mean more than you know.

4. Do more of what makes you happy. Chase the experiences, make the memories, take the chances, and never feel guilty for choosing joy.

Here’s to 34 years of growing, healing, learning, loving, and becoming. I’m proud of the little girl I was and the woman I’m still becoming. 💕
