Comment “THINK” and I’ll send you an in-depth PDF on rewiring a brain that’s stuck in the negative🧠

As a therapist, one of the most common things I hear is: how do I stop being so negative?

Most people asking this question are already exhausted. They’ve tried gratitude lists, affirmations, changing their perspective, focusing on the positive. And when none of it seems to work, they start feeling frustrated with themselves for not being able to think differently.

But there’s a reason our minds tend to focus on the negative.

Our brains are naturally more sensitive to potential threats than positive experiences. It’s a survival mechanism that once helped keep us safe, but it can also shape how we interpret everyday situations, relationships, and even ourselves.

The good news is that these patterns can change, but it takes more than just telling yourself to think positively.

This guide teaches you the five common patterns that keep us stuck in negative thinking and how to work through them by addressing both what’s happening in your mind and how your body responds. ❤️

Have you gotten it yet?

Fortnite is giving players the opportunity to get almost the entire Item Shop for FREE with the new Pirate Shop Token!

This incredibly rare reward can be found inside Battle Royale chests. Once activated, it grants you 14 days of unlimited free claims across the Item Shop, meaning you can grab almost every available cosmetic without spending a single V-Buck.

And it gets even better: if one player in your squad finds the token, everyone receives the reward, even if they’ve already been eliminated. You’ll also receive a second token for 2027!

Everything you claim is yours to keep permanently. Finding one might be difficult, but the reward is absolutely massive!
