Are you going to see Sidhu Moose Wala as a hologram? 👀

For the 5X OGs, you’ll remember @sidhu_moosewala was supposed to perform at 5X Fest back in 2019, but that performance was ultimately cancelled.

So when we heard the Signed to God hologram tour was coming to Vancouver, we had some questions.

There’s obviously something powerful about giving fans who never got to see Sidhu live another way to experience his music in an arena.

But how do we feel about the hologram itself?

We’ve seen versions of this technology used to recreate artists like Tupac for more than a decade now, and immersive live technology has evolved a lot since then.

So in 2026, is a hologram still the best way to bring an artist’s legacy back to the stage?

Would you want the experience of seeing Sidhu “perform” again, or would you rather remember him through the music, videos and performances he left behind?

And if you are going, does the quality of the technology matter to you?

We’re genuinely curious.
