Sometimes, the kindest thing you can do for someone is to defend their right to be silent until they are ready to speak.
Just as my sister did for me.
When someone suddenly becomes “uncool” with someone they used to be cool with, don't be so quick to judge. There may be a story you know nothing about.
Until they are ready to tell it, please, just let them be.
