We went with the prix fixe menu, and it was 100% the right decision. It pushed us to try dishes we probably never would have ordered on our own—and that’s half the fun of a restaurant like this!
The biggest surprise? The famous Cotton Candy Foie Gras 🤯🍭 Definitely not something I would normally order, and somehow it ended up being our FAVORITE bite of the night.
