Happy Birthday to my mom, my very best friend, and truly one of the most wonderful women God ever created. 🤍
@krisfairless If I could grow up to be just like anyone, it would be her.
She is the kindest, most generous, thoughtful, and caring person I know. She never has a bad word to say about anyone, is always quick to forgive, and is the first to offer a prayer. She sees the good in people, finds hope in every situation, and has a joy and optimism about life that is so contagious.
She is strong, determined, hardworking, and selfless. She loves people so well and gives so much of herself without ever expecting anything in return.
But what I admire most about her is her heart for Jesus. No matter what life brings, she is always pointing us back to Him, to His Word, and to what is true. She doesn’t just talk about her faith. She lives it. And I see the heart of Jesus in the way she loves others every single day.
I am who I am today in so many ways because of her. Not just because of the example she’s set in the way she lives, loves, and follows Jesus, but because of the countless faithful prayers she’s prayed over my life. I know there are blessings I’ve walked in, doors God has opened, and moments He’s carried me through because I have a mom who has spent a lifetime on her knees praying for me. What a gift that is.
I don’t think I’ll ever have the words to fully express how much I love and admire this woman. Of all the blessings God has given me, getting to call her my mom and my very best friend is one of the greatest.
Mom, I hope you know how deeply loved you are and how much I look up to you. If I become even half the woman you are, I’ll consider myself blessed.
I love you more than words could ever say. Happy Birthday, Mom! I hope you have the most wonderful day. 🤍
