Since 1923, Homewood Museum’s closest neighbor has been Johns Hopkins’ Alumni Memorial Residence I (AMR I). With construction underway on a new AMR I, Homewood will devote its 26th annual Architecture Lecture to exploring the many aesthetic and historical links between the two buildings.
On Tuesday, October 27, from 6 to 8 p.m., join experts Vince Green of Myers Greene Architects, Emily Licht of Johns Hopkins Facilities & Real Estate, Michael Spory of VMDO, and Peng Gu of Mahan Rykiel Associates for a lively and wide-ranging panel discussion on campus planning, landscaping, and architecture. The program will be followed by a Q&A and reception.
Admission is free but advance registration is required. Register at the link in bio.
Free admission to this program is made possible, in part, by our generous sponsors: Henry Dugan & Caroline Griffin, Mary & Chuck Meyer, Vernon & Lucy Wright, Nancy & Henry Hopkins, Myers Greene Architects, C&H Restoration and Renovation, Lewis Contractors, Mahan Rykiel Associates, and VMDO.
