Saturday I danced in a field with tens of thousands of people. Sunday I sat in stillness and received my second attunement to the Ahai 7D frequency—the frequency of miracles—something I’ve been learning and practicing since August.
I love this duality.
I’ve come to realize that you don’t have to choose between being the woman who’s fully alive and out in the world, and the one who goes inward and does the deep work.
At one point in my healing journey, I wasn’t so sure about how I could hold both. Somewhere along the way, I found harmony.
I can be silly and serious.
I can go to a music festival, stay sober, and still have fun.
I can rave to Rufus one night and bask in binaural beats the next.
Your highest frequency isn’t a mood you have to protect or a version of you that only shows up on retreat. It’s how you embody your full self whether you’re in a crowd of 75,000 or alone at your altar.

Yassss!!! 🔥🔥 This is so true and reminds me of the duality of feelings I had as I became a mother… wanting to be an intentional, present mom to Poppy but also wanting to honor my free- bird, wanderlust wild side.
