the biggest thank you to Sayra and Maritza for thinking of me and my work when putting this amazing gallery together. this was my first time exhibiting work - it was an honor to have it be with @girls_onfiilm and alongside so many talented women/nonbinary photographers!
a mi gente y comunidad- les quiero mucho mucho mucho! thank you for showing up for me this weekend and making me feel so loved! whether it was showing up physically to the gallery or supporting from afar; the love and support is equally felt.
ultimo pero nunca menos - a shoutout to mi ama, Tere Huizar Sr, cause she’s the cutest human, my biggest cheerleader, and the reason i’m here 🤍
