This year just keeps getting crazier. After handfuls of powerful big hurricane swells, Hurricane Rachel seemed to be the last straw with this cliff just next to PCH. Really hope to see something done about this before it gets too late.

Federal prosecutors are opposing Big U’s request to delay his upcoming RICO trial by another eight months, citing concerns about witness safety and intimidation. According to court filings, a cooperating witness had their identity exposed on social media before their home was reportedly burglarized and vandalized with the word “RAT.” Prosecutors also allege Big U previously offered two fellow inmates money to harm or kill a witness to prevent them from testifying. The 59-year-old faces 50 federal counts and has pleaded not guilty. Authorities have not identified who vandalized the witness’s home or accused Big U of being responsible for that incident.
