#2Chainz and #KeithLee recently had a little back-and-forth over restaurant reviews and celebrity treatment. 🥙🥗 During an appearance on Kirk Franklin’s “Den of Kings,” the Atlanta rapper addressed Keith’s previous criticism of Atlanta’s restaurant scene. 2 Chainz, who owns several food spots in the city, including Esco Restaurant & Tapas, argued that Black-owned establishments deserve more grace from critics. However, Keith explained that his reviews focus on the experience everyday customers receive, not just celebrities. 2 Chainz pushed back, arguing that celebrities have earned certain privileges through their success. The rapper also questioned whether Keith’s background as an #MMA fighter and years of strict dieting influenced his food reviews, suggesting that everyday customers aren't necessarily looking to eat like him. Keith defended his food expertise and emphasized that he only visits restaurants that have requested his reviews. Their exchange has since sparked a heated debate online, with many siding with Keith, while others pointed out that the harsh review that seemingly upset 2 Chainz actually came from a different popular #TikTok food reviewer. 👀 (SWIPE➡️) 🎥: @DenofKings || @kirkfranklin ✍🏾: @twilaamoure
ONE POT CREAMY PUMPKIN SAUSAGE PASTA (gf, df)✨Nobody would know this creamy, decadent pasta is gluten free and dairy free. It’s everything I want in a hearty but healthy fall dinner — veggies, healthy fats, and lots of protein in a creamy, dairy-free sauce. You’ll want to make this again and again! Feel free to sub another type of sausage or just use ground chicken or pork. Ingredients: 1 lb sweet Italian chicken sausage 2 tablespoons avocado oil 1 small onion, diced 2 large carrots, diced 2 ribs of celery, diced 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped 1 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 3/4 cup pumpkin puree 3 cups chicken bone broth 1 (13.5oz) can coconut milk 8oz gf pasts (shells, elbows, etc.) large handful of spinach, chopped Instructions: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of avocado oil over medium heat until shimmering. Add the sausage and cook for 3-5 minutes, breaking it up into small chunks as you go, until evenly browned with no visible pink. Add the onion, carrots, and celery and cook for 4-5 minutes until softened. Add the garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, nutritional yeast, pumpkin puree, salt and pepper and cook for another minute. Stir in the broth and coconut milk and bring to a boil. Add the pasta, stirring to incorporate. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the chopped spinach and remove from heat. Serve and enjoy!
