Chief Stew & Yacht Mentor

Sending CVs and hearing nothing back? Your yacht career needs a strategy. 🛥️

Before you hit “send” again:

⚓ Research the industry and understand life onboard.
📄 Build a CV tailored to the role you want.
🤝 Register with crew agencies and keep your profile updated.
🚶 Dockwalk where permitted—prepared, professional and ready to introduce yourself.

You can’t control when a vacancy opens. You can control how ready you are.
