I have to say this has been one of the loveliest autumns I can remember (though I've always loved the fall). Beyond the glory of the changing colors, it's a celebratory time of year in our household. My birthday and anniversary fall this time of year, and tomorrow we celebrate our baby boy’s first birthday.

Pumpkins, apple orchards, cooler days, crisp evenings — I love it all and my husband likes to remind me how basic I am. ;) What do you love best about this time of year?
