We came to the Obama Presidential Center wanting to simply visit the SkyRoom. Tickets to view the actual museum have been unavailable since it opened.
All I know is favor opens doors and grants access. We received tickets even though there were signs saying “sold out.”
The diversity of visitors and the energy on each floor is palpable. With my HR hat, I began to wonder about the hiring and training of employees. I asked one young lady if she liked working there. She said it was a great job but the best part was sharing it with the public. 🫶🏾
Each floor tells a story of history, our ancestors as well as the campaign and presidency of Barack Obama. The campus also includes a cafe, restaurant, garden, Presidential Library, basketball court and more.
