Saturday at the 2nd Annual Navajo MTB Festival!
A little look back at Saturday through the lens of Danny Upshaw!
@unheard.harmony Saturday was a full day of bikes, community, and good times! From early morning group rides to youth races, workshops, the Tiny Tot Race, live music, and everything happening in between, there was so much going on throughout the festival grounds.
One of our favorite things about the weekend was seeing people of all ages and riding abilities come together. Little ones finding their balance on two wheels, youth pushing themselves on the racecourse, riders exploring the trails, and families and friends spending time together.
Beyond the bikes, there were vendors sharing their work, organizations connecting with the community, new friendships being made, and plenty of familiar faces catching up.
These are the moments that remind us why we started the Navajo MTB Festival. It’s not just about riding bikes. It’s about creating space for our communities to gather, connect, learn from one another, and celebrate Native cycling.
We’re grateful to everyone who helped make Saturday such a memorable day!
A special ałhéhée’ to Danny for capturing these moments and helping us tell the story of our second annual festival. 📸🫶🏽
We’ll be sharing more from the weekend, but for now, enjoy a little glimpse of Saturday!
💬 Were you there on Saturday? What was your favorite part of the day?
