Natural materials shape the atmosphere of Casa Delta. Designed by Andrade Oliveira Arquitetura Brasileira in Maringá, Paraná, the 617.51 m² residence combines pedra madeira, cumaru and tauari across its architecture and interiors, creating a dialogue between texture, warmth and contemporary design.
The relationship between materiality, greenery and water continues throughout the project. At the center of the house, the suspended garden brings softness to the double-height atrium, while the immersion pool acts as a reflecting surface, mirroring the upper volume of the residence.
