Such an incredible day spent with the Tzotzil community of Santiago El Pinar. Huge thanks to Ofelia, Juana, Faustina and Pascuala for showing us round the farm. It was also fascinating to hear more about the producers’ nursery, their composting and even see some weaving in action. Cupping together was a very special moment and I’m glad that the fudge from Scotland went down so well!
